If you’ve just placed an order, please check your inbox for a confirmation email with your order’s details. Following shortly will be another email with the files for your order attached. Both these emails are sent to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure you have access to it!
If you don’t see the emails, please check your spam/junk folder as well.

For Embroidery files, we provide 8 formats: PES, ART, DST, CND, EXP, JEF, HUS, and XXX; some designs don’t work well with .HUS & .XXX, in this case those formats are omitted. If you’ve made a purchase but haven’t received the format you need, please reach out to me and I will fix it or refund your purchase.
For SVG / Vector files, we provide 5 formats: SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, and PDF. These 5 formats are the most common in the industry and any one will suffice for any application.
We provide all embroidery files in 3 sizes:
- 4x4in hoop.
- 5x7in hoop.
- 6x10in hoop.
